Tucked along the golden stretch of Newport Beach’s oceanfront, this home was imagined and brought to life by Market Studio Interiors as a coastal sanctuary that blurs the line between indoors and out. From the first foundation pour to the final framed art piece, we designed every inch of this home with soul, sunlight, and future stories in mind.

As a full-service spec project, Seashore House was more than just a build, it was a vision. We partnered with our builder, True Home Builders to elevate every architectural decision, material selection, and custom furnishing, creating a home that would not only photograph beautifully but feel like an invitation to slow down and stay awhile.

Softened plaster walls meet warm, organic woods. Natural stones ground the space while linen textures and sculptural lighting speak quietly of luxury. Every element was curated to evoke a life of barefoot mornings, golden hour reflections, and the rare magic of a home that feels like a permanent vacation.
